Sources said a partial list of those expected to be charged includes Mike Manzo, the former chief of staff to House Majority Leader Bill DeWeese, D-Greene, and the caucus’ former director of staffing and administration Scott Brubaker, and their wives, Rachel Manzo, an aide to House Democratic Majority Police Chairman Todd Eachus, D-Luzerne, and Jennifer Brubaker, director of the Democrats’ legislative research office.

Scott Brubaker is a former chairman of the Lancaster County Democratic Committee, and a former Elizabethtown resident. He doesn’t live here anymore.
