Press conference in an hour, streamed live at pcntv.com, but The AP is reporting a lawyer for former House Democratic whip Mike Veon said he expects his client to be charged.
The attorney, Robert G. Del Greco Jr., said Thursday he did not know what criminal offenses Veon would be accused of. Veon, who represented a Beaver County district for 22 years, maintains he did nothing wrong, Del Greco said.
“I expect him to be included and I expect it to be relative to one of the investigations,” he said Thursday. “And once we’re informed, we’ll have to react accordingly.”
