Barack Obama’s presidential campaign has announced the venue for his Monday rally in Lancaster: the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology on East King Street. The event, expected to draw at least 2,000 people, will be held in the schools’s John E. Barley Multipurpose Activity Center.
