- Facts, speculation and opinion are equally welcome. But each should be presented for what it is.
- If you have facts, provide your sources. Show links or tell people where they can check your facts. No plagiarism or copyright violations.
- No cursing. No obscenity. No pornography. No racial, ethnic or religious slurs. No name-calling. No smears.

delivered to its Talk Back forums and blogs. It is a condition of your use of the bulletin
boards and this Web site that you do not:
- Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the bulletin
boards. This includes making post in a thread that have no relationship to the thread.
- Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, harassing, libelous,
defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent or inaccurate information of any kind, as determined by the moderators, including, without limitation, any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise
violate any local, state, national or international law.
- Post any racially, ethnically or religiously offensive comments.
- Post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates
or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion
of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark
or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without
first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
- Post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains
a virus or other harmful component. Post, transmit or in any way exploit
any information, software or other material for commercial purposes, or which
contains advertising.
- Maintain multiple active accounts for the same person.
- Impersonate anyone, actual or fictitious.
- Post content that solicits funds or advertises goods or services.
We will not support the publication of images within postings. While non-HTML
addresses to web sites containing photos are allowed, administrators reserve
the right to remove HTML links to outside sites, as well as non-HTML addresses
to questionable material, as per the administrators' judgment. HTML and non-HTML
addresses to material of illegal nature will immediately be reported to the
authorities.
Users may include non-HTML addresses to web sites in their postings, although
administrators reserve the right to remove links to sites of questionable nature.
HTML code of any kind is prohibited, unless it is used by a moderator or administrator.
LancasterOnline.com accepts no responsibility for the images or content found
on the sites recommended by TalkBack users, or included in TalkBack users'
postings.
Threads and individual posts may be removed at any time, for any reason. Users
may be removed, banned, suspended or revoked at any time, without notice or
warning.
You understand that Lancaster Newspapers, Inc. has no obligation to monitor
any bulletin boards. However, Lancaster Newspapers, Inc. reserves the right
at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation
or governmental request, or to refuse to post or to remove any information
or materials, in whole or in part, that in Lancaster Newspapers, Inc. sole
discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.
Lancaster Newspapers', as a provider of an interactive computer service, shall
not be held liable for any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict
access to or availability of material that Lancaster Newspapers' considers
harassing or otherwise objectionable. Under the Communications Decency Act
