Stop. Look. Listen.

I thought it was high time to catch up with Dick Strawser’s blog, “Thoughts on a Train,” and found out to my surprise that it had left the station. He’s written a series of posts on composer Elliott Carter, who is still alive and creating music at 100, and whose birthday was Dec. 11, and which I’m late celebrating.
