The Annex 24 gallery, 24 W. Walnut St., is carving out something of a niche for itself in the world of street and outsider art. As a part of this month’s show, Urban Art & Hot Rod Whips, and in conjunction with Lancaster’s Wheels Weekend, several artists will be doing graffiti live at the gallery Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 13-14, with an open auction of each artist’s board. Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. Shown here is an untitled work by Rick Velazquez.
