Fall preview, part 2: Rose Lehrmann Arts Center

Rennie Harris PuremovementMore fall (and beyond) season news arrives, with the 2008-2009 schedule for the Rose Lehrmann Arts Center at HACC. The series now has a new name: Live at Rose Lehrmann. Four dance events are scheduled, including Ailey II, Oct. 21; Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana, Dec. 4-5; Rennie Harris Puremovement, Feb. 27-28; and Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, April 3. Other performances include the Dixie Hummingbirds, Oct. 11; the Polka Family Band, Nov. 1; Missoula Children’s Theatre with “The Princess and the Pea,” Nov. 22 (auditions for local children to be part of the production will be held Nov. 17); TheatreworksUSA with “If You Give a Pig a Pancake … and other story books,” Jan. 24; The Guthrie Theater and The Acting Company with Shakespeare’s “Henry V,” Feb. 18 and Hormonal Imbalance with “Girls Nite Out,” March 21.
