Back to the Past Block Party, Sunday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., 300 block of North Queen Street. Performers include vintage rockers the Silver Hawks, the Bensens, Rufus J. Fisk, DJ Image, the Barnstormers’ Cylo, the Honkaphone Man (street performer contest winner) and more.
