Cultural exchange runs both ways: A group of Lithuanians has given a bust of Frank Zappa to Baltimore (read more here). The original bust, put up in 1995, rests on a column in Vilnius, capital of Lithuania; Frank Zappa, who died in 1993, was born in Baltimore and lived there until he was 10 years old, when his parents moved to California.
