I thought the residents nearby were the ones who had the issues with traffic, etc? It's been a while since I followed the story, but several years ago, I rushed out with my relatives to see the Barnes exhibit when it was opened to the public but at risk of even more restrictions because of the neighbors' complaints. Funny how people make a stink about a situation....until the target of those complaints gets ready to take their marbles elsewhere. |
