As Josh Marshall notes, this appears to be the first case where a legislature legalized it - and the governor signed the bill - that was not prompted by a court case.

The ball is beginning to pick up speed. More states will follow - probably not Pennsylvania, but others in the Northeast. Some states will never legalize. And that’s fine - that’s federalism.
