Hilarious. SNL’s doing a prime-time thing on Thursdays these days, it’s only nominally funny (as with the show itself all too often) but last night’s “Weekend Update” featured the Crazy McCain lady.
Just the idea of this cracks me up, because this is now the meta-narrative:
Crazy people come to McCain’s rallies.
If I’m the McCain campaign, I’m clamping down real hard and fast on any “kill him!” or “off with his head” or even “Barack Hussein Obama” comments from here on in. Again - I’m real curious to see if we get any of that here at the Clip on Saturday. I’d like to think our local Republicans are too civilized for that. But for some of them - it might depend on just how frustrated they really are.
