Up and up
For those of you keeping score at home, the price of oil went over $126 a barrel today.
That’s an advance of nearly $10 per barrel this week alone.
Also, the average national price of a gallon of unleaded gasoline is now up to $3.67, and heading higher. Meaning my local Turkey Hill, which had it at $3.65 this morning, will probably be up to $3.75 this afternoon.
And, if we attempt to slap some sanctions on Hugo Chavez and Venezuela due to his meddling in Colombia, Chavez could respond with an oil embargo.
We could hit $150 a barrel by the end of the month.
