“The entire international community?” Last I saw Russia was specifically telling the U.S. to back down. No, this is pretty much the United States on its own warning Iran. Since we make the rules, we will say what goes - and to the extent that the “international community” agrees, it will mostly be because they realize which side of the bread gets the butter.
