The Dead at F&M?

Actually, I think I knew they’d played there. But I can’t fathom how this could be. I mean, this was the early ’70s, so I assume the camping/vending scene wasn’t what it had turned into by the time I got into the band in the late ’80s - was it? But in any event, how is it that the caravan of freaks that was a Dead show could roll into Lancaster County and not turn this place completely upside down?
