No pro races in Reading, Allentown

Pennsylvania’s Triple Crown of Cycling is down to a single race this year.
The Pro Cycling Tour, the organizer of what had been a three-race series, has cancelled races in Reading and Allentown after the title sponsor, TD Bank, cut back on its funding. The Philadelphia International Championship Race will still be held on June 7.

New race for local calendar

The local spoke, or chapter, of the International Christian Cycling Club has added a new event to the Lancaster County spring race calendar. The Smoketown Airport Criterium will be held at the airport, near Bird-in-Hand, on Saturday, May 16.
