The Lancaster County County Planning Commission’s four-year-old bicycle travel map has been revised, updated and is now available.
The map, now on tear-resistant paper and with numbered bicycle shops, is available for $4 each at visitors centers, bicycle shops and at the planning commission offices in Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 N. Duke St., or on the commission’s Internet web site, at www.co.lancaster.pa.us/bpac.
The map, produced by the Lancaster County Citizens Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee, is designed to help cyclists find the best bike routes for commuting, errands and/or leisure travel. The map includes marked bicycle routes, cycling conditions, covered bridges and a time-distance chart.
