Five bicycle riders stretched the clock well beyond the usual 24 hours on Saturday, during Dream Ride Project’s “Longest Day.”
The riders, comprising one three-man team and two solo riders, rode 402.5 miles. The course is a combination of all of the Dream Rides done consecutively, beginning with the 178-mile Nightmare Tour.

Floyd ride Sunday sold out

They’re gone.
Tickets to the “Ride with Floyd” bicycle ride and picnic on Sunday afternoon are sold out. The last of the 100 tickets were sold by the Green Mountain Cyclery bike shop at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, owner Mike Farrington said this morning.
