Crusaders’ QB snaps tie with Bostick

LCHS QB Kyle Smith // LNP photoMove over, Pat Bostick.

Kyle Smith stands alone.

Lancaster Catholic’s senior QB is Pennsylvania’s all-time leader in career touchdown passes.

Smith snapped the tie (94 TD heading into Week 9) with the former Manheim Township standout in Catholic’s L-L League Section 3 game against Annville-Cleona Friday night in Annville.

Smith tossed his record-breaking 95th-career TD pass with 5:04 to go in the first quarter - a 10-yarder to Kevin Cotchen to break the tie with Bostick.

Smith also passed former Wilson standout QB Chad Henne in career passing yards in state history. Smith is now alone in sixth place in career passing yards - and he’s quickly moving up that list. Stay tuned.
