Lancaster Catholic senior QB closing in on state marks

LCHS QB Kyle Smith - needs 1 TD pass for state record // LNP photoLancaster Catholic senior quarterback Kyle Smith will be staring history right between the eyeballs Friday night when the Crusaders go on the road and take on Annville-Cleona in an L-L League Section 3 game.

Catholic needs a victory to remain alone in first place in the section chase.

And Smith needs one touchdown pass to become the state’s all-time leader in that category.

He also needs 10 passing yards to leapfrog former Wilson standout (and current Miami Dolphins starting QB) Chad Henne and move into sixth place in state history in career passing yards.
