Believe it or not, the Lancaster-Lebanon League cross-country regular season is in the books.
And one runner – Elco’s Kayleigh Perry – made it though the regular season meets with an undefeated record. Perry, who compiled a perfect 1.00 meet average, certainly had the credentials to make such a run; the Raiders’ senior is the reigning L-L League and District champ.
Solanco’s Taylor Ludman was right on Perry’s heels with just one non-win in the regular – and that was a second-place finish.
On the boys’ side, Hempfield’s Matthew Groff finished atop the pack with a fine 1.05 average – he had just one non-win meet, and he finished second there. Groff edged Cedar Crest’s Alex Galli (1.07) for the regular-season league lead.
