Three former Lancaster-Lebanon League field hockey standouts have been named to the Colonial Athletic Association Silver Anniversary team.

Lancaster Mennonite grad Janelle Engle, Hempfield grad Pam Neiss and Cocalico grad Dana Sensenig (all Old Dominion University grads) made the 25th-year anniversary team, which includes 24 All-Americans, 11 CAA Players of the Year and eight Olympians - including Sensenig.

The CAA began sponsoring field hockey in 1991 and has produced five national championship teams.

Engle was the CAA Player of the Year and a First-Team All-American in 2005.

Neiss, who is third in NCAA history with 80 career assists, was a two-time First-Team All-American and was a member of the U.S. National Team.

And Sensenig was a three-time First-Team All-American and played for Team U.S.A. last summer in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China.
