L-S volleyball turns to Kofroth

Former Conestoga Valley coach takes over Pioneers’ girls’ program
He’s baaaaack.
Al Kofroth, who guided Conestoga Valley’s girls’ volleyball team to the 2003 PIAA championship, will be back on the bench this fall.
Kofroth has been named Lampeter-Strasburg’s girls’ head varsity coach. He replaces Carrie Peterson, who spent the last three seasons on the Pioneers’ bench.

Girls’ soccer switches to fall in 2010-2011

According to this report, PIAA girls’ soccer is in for a major change.
Beginning with the 2010-2011 school year, girls’ soccer will be played in the fall - which could cause some major conflicts with field hockey.
