Yet another Lancaster-Lebanon League football player has been added to the East roster for the PSFCA East-West All-Star Football Game, set for June 19 at Mansion Park in Altoona.
Pequea Valley senior wideout Sean Persch, a two-time Associated Press Double-A All-State selection, will play for the East squad, which is coached by Elco’s Mark Evans.
Persch, who earned a scholarship to play for C.W. Post, had 71 catches for 1,152 yards and six touchdown grabs last fall, and finished his career with 164 catches for 2,444 yards and 22 TD receptions for the Braves.
His 2,444 receiving yards are sixth-most in L-L League history.
