PIAA boys’ and girls’ lacrosse update

Manheim Township’s boys’ and girls’ lacrosse teams (the only L-L League lax teams still alive) will both play in PIAA semifinal games on Tuesday – and the Blue Streaks will play in a double-header.

Here’s the schedule …

GIRLS

District 3 champ Manheim Township vs. District 1 runner-up Radnor, Tuesday, 6 p.m. @ Governor Mifflin High School, Shillington.

Winner gets: District 1 third-place Strath Haven or District 1 fifth-place Unionville in state championship game, Saturday, noon @ Hersheypark Stadium.

BOYS

District 3 champ Manheim Township vs. District 12 champ LaSalle College, Tuesday, 8 p.m. @ Governor Mifflin High School, Shillington.

Winner gets: District 1 champ Conestoga or District 1 third-place Springfield (Delco) in state championship game, Saturday, 2 p.m. @ Hersheypark Stadium.
