Northern Lebanon two-way standout senior Matt Nolan, who quarterbacked the Vikings into the District 3 Triple-A the last two years in a row, has committed to Division III Albright.
Nolan will play corner for Albright, and will be given the opportunity to earn a spot on special teams as well.
Nolan wrapped up a fabulous two-year run for the Vikings last fall, rushing for 1,105 yards and 14 touchdowns and finishing third in the league in QB passing efficiency after completing 31-of-53 passes for 615 yards and seven touchdowns.
Northern Lebanon finished 7-4 overall after falling to Conrad Weiser in the first round of Districts.
Nolan had six picks from his d-back spot last fall, and he finished his career with nine interceptions on defense, plus more than 3,900 yards of total offense and 43 total touchdowns.
Nolan, who was a First-Team Section 3 All-Star pick at d-back, and a Pennsylvania Football News All-State selection at d-back last fall, will play for the North team in the L-L League Tri-County All-Star Football Game on May 23.
Albright won the Middle Atlantic Conference title and captured the ECAC South Central Bowl last fall, going 8-3 overall.
