Wow – I guess that storm that whipped through here Sunday was a heck of a lot stronger than I thought.

Unbelievable photo in the papers today of Cocalico’s press box, which got smashed to smithereens when the storm tore through Denver.

Really liked that press box, too. I spent a lot of quality time over the years in that press box, eating hot dogs, munching on candy and drinking soda … oh, and watching good football, keeping stats and doing live blogs. Especially that stuff. Yeah. The work stuff.

But I guess this means Cocalico will have to build an even cooler press box now.

If I might make a suggestion – installing a bathroom in there might be nice.

Oh, and you might want to make it a tad bigger, because the Blue Ridge guys are there a lot, and it can get crowded in there.

All this press box talk has me thinking about football …
