Crusaders’ coach meets the press after win over Mount Carmel

I caught up with Lancaster Catholic coach Bruce Harbach during his post-game press conference with reporters last Saturday afternoon in Hersheypark Stadium.

His Crusaders had just beaten Mount Carmel 41-28 in a PIAA Double-A state quarterfinal game, and Harbach was feeling fine about his team’s performance, and about the fact that Catholic will continue to march on in the PIAA playoffs.

Up next is a state semifinal game against powerful Philadelphia West Catholic.

Harbach touched on that game, and put a bow on the victory over Mount Carmel (including plenty of discussion about the Crusaders’ successful hook-and-lateral play) while chatting with us media types.
