Blue Streaks’ coach sets up Friday’s first-place showdown at Penn Manor

Manheim Township is four points from being 6-0.

The Blue Streaks fell to Red Lion 3-0 (in overtime) and to Elizabethtown 28-27 in a pair of non-league slug-it-out games.

Township has found a nice groove since those games, rolling to a 3-0 start in Section 1 play and to a 4-2 overall record.

And on Friday in Millersville, the Streaks will take on another 3-0 team: Penn Manor, which will be looking to go to 7-0 overall.

First place will be on the line when Township and Penn Manor have at it Friday.
