Vikings’ coach talks about Friday’s clash at Lancaster Catholic

You all remember what Northern Lebanon did to Lancaster Catholic in Week 10 last season:

Vikings 17, Crusaders 13.

The loss knocked Catholic out of sole possession of first place in Section 3, and the Crusaders had to share the section championship with Lampeter-Strasburg – which went on to win the District 3 Triple-A title.

You think Catholic has had Northern Lebanon circled ever since?

Um, yes.

So how is Northern Lebanon feeling going into this big rematch game?

I went straight to the source: Vikings’ coach Jack Beidler, who broke down Catholic, chatted about the section race and, oh yeah, talked about last year’s big win over the Crusaders, and having to play them again – this time on the road, and knowing Catholic will have redemption on its mind.

Should be a fun night at Rossmere, for sure.
