The first Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association girls’ state rankings have hit the World Wide Web, and a pair of Lancaster County teams have cracked the top 10.

In Triple-A, reigning state runner-up Garden Spot is fourth.

And in Double-A, Lancaster Mennonite is 10th.

The team that beat Garden Spot in last year’s state title match – Allentown Central Catholic – is ranked No. 1 in the Triple-A poll.

And reigning state Double-A champ Merion Mercy is No. 1 in the poll after one week of play.

Windber from District 5 is the top-ranked team in Single-A.
