OK, so there’s not much Lancaster-Lebanon League sports news to share, so I thought I’d go ahead and post this …
Say hello to our new kitty, Woody. That’s him on the left. Click on the pic for a larger view. He’s eight weeks old, he’s orange with some really cool markings, and he fits in my hand. He’s a peach.
We got him on Friday at a local pet store … his mother was a stray and recently had three kittens.
We were leaving the pet store when his previous owner was bringing him in, and when we saw him, we simply had to have him.
So hello, Woody.
He hasn’t quite figured out the litter box yet (we’ve had to do an extra load of laundry – twice), and he’s not very good at going up stairs – and it’s kinda funny watching him ‘hop’ down a flight of stairs.
But he’s a cute cat – frisky, curious, and he has a big appetite. He’s already housed dry cat food, wet cat food and kitten chow.
Our other two cats have mixed emotions – the one hissed at him; the other hissed once or twice, but has been friendlier. We’ll see how that goes …
And as I sit here posting this, I think Woody just discovered that he has a tail. What a riot.
