We were tickled to hear last week that Bruce Springsteen scheduled a concert for Hersheypark Stadium.

Rebecca is a huge Springsteen fan, and we just saw Bruce and the E Street Band last month in Orlando.

We also saw him on his last tour in Washington, D.C., and two nights in Philly.

When the Ticketmaster at our local mall opened at 10 a.m. on Saturday, I was third in line for tickets – and scored a pair of reserved seats. Nice.

The show is August 19, and we can’t wait.

DIET UPDATE: Doing pretty well. Walking on the treadmill a little longer and at a quicker pace, which is helping. Check for official weigh-ins on Thursdays. I know I’m down at least a couple of pounds since last week … but still aching for real food.

Naaaah!!

I like loud music as much as the next guy but that band plays waaaaayyyy too loud for me, and all Springsteen does is scream into the mic. Not exactly my favorite type of evening. Especially at $100.00 a pop
The only song he did that I liked was , "The Streets of Philadelphia"

I got my tickets at 10:02 Sat am!!! I can't wait, as Bruce is on my "see in concert before I die" list, and I've been trying to see him since 1984!! We're making it a family affair, and daughter #2 is especially excited-she shares a birthday with the Boss, and would've had the middle name Springsteen had she been a boy!

I always thought Bruce was overrated......but even if you really like him and his music, isn't it a bit extreme to be traveling all over the place to see him in concert? Jeff sounds like a groupie.
