If everything goes as planned (wireless internet connection, etc.) I’m going to do a live blog from Hersheypark Stadium on Tuesday, where Lancaster Mennonite will be taking on Wyomissing in a PIAA Double-A girls’ soccer semifinal.

I usually get a pretty good wireless connection from Hersheypark, so I’m hoping I won’t hit any snags.

The game starts at 5:30, and if everything pans out, I’ll log on and start posting info right here around 5 or so.

I’ll pass along any scoring updates, plus any other news or notes from the stadium. If you’ve seen any of my live blogs from PIAA football last fall or PIAA swimming last winter, you know the kind of stuff I post.

While I have your attention, two quick notes: First, just another friendly reminder that we’ll be on vacation next week (June 7-14), so the posts will slow down for a week or so. Hey, maybe I’ll post some postcards from the road – or, in this case, the beach. Second, my diet is going OK. I’ve been walking on the treadmill like a freak (recently twice a day — 50 minutes each time). I really thought the pounds would be melting away, but I feel like I’m stuck. We’ve eaten out a few times in the last week or so, but I’ve tried to eat healthy. Nobody said this was going to be easy … I’ll have a weight update on Thursday. Oh joy.
