CV’s Allison Bauer joined the 1,000-career-point club Wednesday night // LNP photoWelcome to the club, Allison Bauer.

Conestoga Valley’s senior guard scored 15 points Wednesday, and her 15th point against Solanco was the 1,000th point in her career.

CV won the game 49-40.

Bauer became the sixth player in the history of CV’s girls’ program to score at least 1,000 points.

The last player to join the Buckskins’ club was Caitlyn Dillard, a 2007 grad who finished with 1,718 points – most in school history.

Bauer is the third L-L League player to join the 1,000-point club this season, joining McCaskey’s Teasia Myers and Penn Manor’s Kelsey Caruthers.

The next L-L League player to crack 1,000 points should be Lebanon Catholic’s Samantha Carangelo, who has 886 points (but she’s battling mono).

Congrats to Allison.
