Looking for entertainment now that the political commercials are over with for at least a little while? Kidding, kidding …
Seriously, how about a show by the very exciting (and very Dove Award-winning) band, DecembeRadio?
The band is on its “Satisfied” tour (the name of its newest release, this year, on Slanted Records), and are headlining a show not too far away from us this Sunday, Nov. 9.
The 6 p.m. concert’s at New Hope Church, north of Harrisburg. Tickets bought by Saturday are $12, and they’re $15 at the door.
The show also will feature bands Ruth and Sevenglory, along with speaker Billy Wayne.
Billboard Magazine called DecemeRadio’s set as “Christian rock that will make you drive fast and pray loud,” at least during the show.
DecembeRadio’s newest single is the hit “Believer,” and most of us will always remember the group for its earlier hits, especially “Drifter,” and “Dangerous.”
The Dove for DecembeRadio, by the way, was for best rock album of the year back in early 2007.
