She’s Heidi Wheaton, and the current East Hempfield Township supervisor, who sought a spot in the state Senate and a seat on the board of Lancaster County Commissioners, faces re-election in 2009. Wheaton currently holds a 6-year term on the township supervisors, and 2009 marks the end of that term.
