To say Democrat Connie Guy squeaked out a victory four years ago is an understatement. Guy defeated Republican Christopher Vogel for a four-year term as Mountville mayor by a mere 15 votes out of 815 cast. In tomorrow’s print column, we solve one of the questions heading into this year’s municipal election season: Whether Guy will chance it and run again in a heavily Republican area.
