Hempfield graduate Aaron Herr has earned a spot with the Reds’ Triple-A club in Louisville. He split time between Louisville and Double-A Chattanooga last season.
Juan Melo, who was with the Barnstormers in May of 2005, is headed to Harrisburg to play for the Nationals’ Double-A club.
